Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. You may cancel a waiting order from Track Order before it is confirmed. After confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp if you need help, or request a return once the order arrives. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, in which case you will receive a full refund.
All prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵). Delivery fees are shown before you pay. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve and Mobile Money.
We deliver across Ghana. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays or events outside our control. See Shipping & Returns for zones and fees.
Unworn socks in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days. Worn socks are covered by the Comfort Guarantee. These policies do not affect your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.
