Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal information PamperYourFeet collects, why we collect it and how we keep it safe, in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

1. What we collect

Your name, email address and phone number when you order, sign up or contact us.
Your delivery address, landmark and GhanaPost GPS address.
Your order history and the products you save to your wishlist.
Basic device and usage information, such as pages visited, to improve the site.

2. Payments

Card and Mobile Money payments are processed securely. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or MoMo PIN.

3. How we use your information

To process, deliver and support your orders.
To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
To send offers and news, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with trusted partners who help us run the shop: our payment provider, delivery partners and messaging services. We never sell your personal information.

5. Saved on your device

Essential cookies remember your cart, wishlist, sign-in and recent orders, so they are still there when you come back. The shop needs these to work.

If you agree, we also use a cookie to understand which pages help, so we can improve the site. We do not use cookies for advertising. Your choice is saved on this browser for a year, and you can change it anytime from Cookies in the footer.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Signed-in customers can close an account from My account. Or email us at hello@pamperyourfeetgh.com and we will respond within 30 days. Finished orders stay in our sales records without your name, email or phone. Orders already on the way keep their delivery details until they arrive.
