Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are packed the same day. We message you on WhatsApp when your order is on its way, and the rider calls you before arriving. Outside Greater Accra and Ashanti we may send your parcel by a trusted courier or bus parcel service, and tell you where and when to collect it.
Paying on delivery? Have cash or your MoMo ready for the rider. We never ask for your MoMo PIN.

Changed your mind? Unworn items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Wrong size? We'll swap it for the right one.
For hygiene reasons, underwear and boxers can only be returned unopened in their original packaging.
